Our Care
Our care is tailored to each service user’s individual needs and is characterised as unique.
A Person-Centred Approach
This approach focuses on getting to know each service user on a personal level, understanding their specific requirements, and providing care that suits them individually.
We encourage family members and loved ones of the service user to be actively involved and provide feedback. This engagement supports in improving the quality of care provided.
We have a physiotherapy department in the home, and work closely with local authorities and the NHS, for occupational therapy, speech therapy services, and other services, for service users who need rehabilitation after surgery, illness, or injury, who have the right to all appropriate service to aid their recovery.
